The AcupunctureRehabilitation Department of Jiangsu Province Hospital of Chinese Medicine is a World Health Organization (WHO) International Acupuncture Clinical Training Base, a National Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Rehabilitation Demonstration Center (first batch) designated by the National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine,a Key Discipline, Key Specialty, and TCM Advantage Discipline Continuing Education Base recognized by nationalprovincial authorities. It is also a Jiangsu Provincial TCM Key SpecialtyModel Specialty.

The inpatient division spans two campuses: the Main Hospital (45 beds)the Jiangning Branch (500 beds), primarily treating stroke, spinal cord injuries, neck-shoulder-lumbar-leg pain, facial paralysis,other conditions.
