The Jiangning campus is located at 99 Niushou Avenue, Guli Street, Jiangning District, Nanjing. It has a total construction area of approximately 128,000 square meterscovers about 140 acres. The facility is dividedtwo areas: the southern area is the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Preparation ResearchDevelopment Center (with a construction area of 49,500 square meters, occupying about 60 acres), while the northern area is the Medical Rehabilitation Hospital (with a construction area of approximately 78,500 square meters, occupying about 80 acres), which includes 52,880 square meters above ground25,600 square meters underground. The Medical Rehabilitation Hospital is equipped with 500 bedsadheres to the TCM philosophy of comprehensive rehabilitation, providing multifunctional services including outpatient care, inpatient care, rehabilitation, medical technology, pharmacy,researchteaching. It aims to establish a comprehensive rehabilitation platformbecomes a national demonstration center for TCM rehabilitation, making it the first tertiary public provincial hospital in the area.

On August 19, 2017, the Jiangning District of Peoples Government signed a cooperation framework agreement with Jiangsu Province Hospital of Chinese Medicine for the Niushoushan Branch. The first phase of the Jiangsu Province Hospital of Chinese Medicine Niushoushan Branch (aka Jiangning campus) project was included in the "Reserve Project List for the InheritanceInnovation of Traditional Chinese Medicine" by the National DevelopmentReform Commissionthe National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2017. It has been listed as a major project in Jiangsu Provincial investment plan for three consecutive years (2018, 2019, 2020). On May 18, 2024, the Jiangning campus (Medical Rehabilitation Hospital) began trial operation.

The hospital includes departments such as Comprehensive Internal Medicine, Comprehensive Surgery, Acupuncture Rehabilitation,Rehabilitation Center. It is equipped with advanced technologies such as color Doppler ultrasound, biochemical immunology automated systems, CT, MRI,hyperbaric oxygen therapy. The Rehabilitation Center features treatment areas for acupuncture, specialized TCM therapies, modern rehabilitation,pediatric rehabilitation, addressing conditions such as neck, shoulder, back,leg pain, jointsports injuries, stroke, facial paralysis, herpes zoster, cardiopulmonary rehabilitation, as well as rehabilitation for pediatric cerebral palsy, ADHD,autism.

With a strong academic foundation, all personnel come from the main campus. The facility is dedicated to providing high-quality medical serviceshealth protection for patients. It shares resources with the main campus, facilitates mutual cooperation in auxiliary examinations,achieves bidirectional referralssynchronized information transfer. The Jiangning campus continuously enhances the regional healthcare service level, providing comprehensive and lifelong health services for the community. It focuses on Jiangning District area while extending services to NingmaChuzhou regions, spreading to Nanjing metropolitan areathe Yangtze River Delta, striving to build a national demonstration base for TCM rehabilitation. This effort contributes to the Health China strategyhelps to start a new chapter in TCM rehabilitation.
