To expand the export of TCM servicesaccelerate the high-quality development of TCM service trade, the Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China and the National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine launched a certification program for national TCM service export bases. Following recommendations from provincial commerceTCM regulatory authorities, expert evaluations, comprehensive assessments,public announcements, Jiangsu Province Hospital of Chinese Medicine was officially recognized as one of the first national TCM service export bases in November 2019.

Yu Wenming, the president of the National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Wang Bingnan, the deputy minister of the Ministry of Commerce, presented certificates to 17 units recognized in this first batch, with our hospitals president Zhai Yuxiang attending the ceremony.

In recent years, under the guidance of the Ministry of Commercethe National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine,with the support from Jiangsu Provincial TCM Administration, Jiangsu Provincial Foreign Affairs Office, Jiangsu Provincial Overseas Chinese Affairs Office,Overseas Chinese Federation, Jiangsu Province Hospital of Chinese Medicine has implemented the national "BeltRoad" initiative. Focusing on "TCM Services for Overseas Chinese," we have engaged in multi-faceted cooperation with over ten countries abroad to construct a TCM service export base. Through innovative approaches in five key areas, we have actively exploredattempted to build a supporting platform for TCM service tradepromote its development.
