Establishing TCM Services for Overseas Chinesea "BeltRoad" Service Platform

Jiangsu Province Hospital of Chinese Medicine, in collaboration with Jiangsu Provincial Overseas Chinese Affairs Office, has jointly established the "Overseas Jiangsu Friends TCM Services for Overseas Chinese Base" as well as the "Jiangsu Provincial Overseas Chinese Cultural Exchange Base" with Jiangsu Provincial Overseas Chinese Federation, making it the first TCM service base for overseas Chinese in the country. We have also partnered with Jiangsu Provincial Foreign Affairs Office to create the "International TCM Exchange Talent Training Base", promoting international dissemination of TCM culture along the "BeltRoad" initiative. Additionally, we signed a collaboration agreement with the University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Los Angeles to establish the first overseas TCM service base for overseas Chinese. Both the "BeltRoad" International TCM Cooperation Base (Jiangsu)the "International Cooperation Project for TCM Services for Overseas Chinese" have received special support from the National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine.In implementing the "BeltRoad" initiativeadvancing TCM services for overseas Chinese, we have actively promoted TCM servicestrade, strengthening cultural exchanges between Chinaother countries. This has generated a tremendous response among overseas Chinese communities. The "Overseas Jiangsu Friends TCM Services for Overseas Chinese Base" was awarded the "Annual Outstanding Contribution Award" at the Nanjing Public Diplomacy Wutong Awards in 2018, further enhancing the international influence of TCM culture.

Establishing an International TCM Remote Medical Platform

In May 2017, our hospital launched the construction of an Internet hospital platform to provide remote TCM medical services. We provided cloud consultation roomsremote consultation services, collaborating with TCM clinicsmedical institutions in 16 countriesregions, including the UK, France, Switzerland,Australia. This initiative created a cooperative medical alliance under Jiangsu Province Hospital of Chinese Medicine, enabling overseas patients to access a full chain of services, including online appointment scheduling, consultations,payments. This has facilitated online multinational TCM consultations among cooperative medical alliance.Building on this foundation, we deepened our TCM services for overseas Chinese by establishing a green channel for expatriatesoverseas Chinese to receive health check-ups, medical consultations, wellness care, TCM cultural experiences,TCM tourism, thereby creating an offline TCM service platform.Since 2018, we have hosted approximately 1,500 overseas friendsexpatriates from about 56 countries for TCM experiences. Online consultationsremote medical services have reached over 100 patients, while more than 1,200 overseas patients have received offline consultationshospital admissions. We have arranged for TCM experts to visit over ten countries, including the United States, Canada, UK, Hungary, UAE, Dubai, Peru, Argentina,Brazil, to conduct international cooperationexchanges in TCM. In total, we have provided more than 50 TCM health consultation services abroad, offering free medical consultations to nearly 2,500 people. In 2018, the construction of this platform received several awards, including the Excellence in Smart Health Care Achievements Award in 2019, Jiangsu Provincial Medical ScienceTechnology Award for HealthManagement, the First Prize for Outstanding Cases from Jiangsu Provincial Hospital Association, recognition as one of the Top Ten Innovative Works by Jiangsu Provincial Health Commission, the Second Prize for New Technology Introduction from Jiangsu Provincial Health Commission, the Top Ten Favorite HIT TechnologyNew Applications at the CHINC exhibition,the Leading Technology Achievement Award at the 2018 Big Data Expo. We have also obtained nine software copyrights.The international standard for "International TCM Remote Consultation Service Specifications," drafted by Jiangsu Province Hospital of Chinese Medicine, was successfully approved at the fourth meeting of the Fourth CouncilSupervisory Board of the World Federation of Chinese Medicine Societies On June 16, 2019.

Establishing an International TCM Remote Education Platform

The hospital has launched remote international TCM education, combining online courses with offline trainingclinical instruction to innovate TCM education modelsenhance technical skills for overseas TCM practitioners. In the past two years, we have engaged in discussions with institutions such as the Confucius Institute at Cleveland State University in U.S.the Shulan TCM College in UK, offering both onlineoffline coursesclinical internships to jointly cultivate high-level TCM talents. Jiangsu Province Hospital of Chinese MedicineShulan TCM College of UK have initiated remote online graduate trainingguidance, which has yielded positive results. Additionally, we provide online continuing education for overseas TCM practitioners to improve their overall competency.On June 16, 2019, the international standard for "International TCM Remote Education Service Specifications," drafted by Jiangsu Province Hospital of Chinese Medicine, was successfully approved at the fourth meeting of the Fourth CouncilSupervisory Board of the World Federation of Chinese Medicine Societies.

Establishing an International TCM Health Mall Platform

With the continued promotion of TCM internationalization, the global TCM health industry is rapidly developing. We have launched an online TCM health mall in collaboration with overseas Chinese businesses to promote international TCM service tradehave created an offline base for TCM diagnosis, wellness care, clinical training,research cooperation for overseas Chinese communities.Our hospital has independently developed over 30 health products, including herbal teas by TCM masters, medicinal pillows, foot bath solutions,herbal sachets, which are available for customized orders through our online platform, providing convenience for patientsoverseas Chinese communities. We have also held discussions with Chinese business partners in Australia, Switzerland,Hungary to jointly promote the internationalization of the TCM industry.
